Our Basic service is just that – the basics. We will come give you our professional assessment of your venue and taking into careful consideration what your minimum needs are for your event, we will give you some basic estimates for effort and cost.
We will also provided the professional(s) you need to run your event’s equipment whether or not the equipment is provided by Audi Productions.
Our Plus service package includes the “Basic” services and additionally we will provide:
* stage/room layout design
* equipment rental & logistics
* video and lighting equipment rental & logistics
The Pro service package includes all of the services and equipment needs as the “Plus” service but allows room for customization and additional items not typically part of a standard A/V package:
* lighting effects design and equipment rental
* stage builds including pipe & drape
* last minute odds & ends
